1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApplyHunter.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Description of Service

ApplyHunter.com is an online platform that connects job seekers with remote job opportunities. We provide a directory of verified job listings, AI-powered resume and cover letter tailoring, job matching, and one-click autofill tools to assist with job applications and career growth. Our team also submits job applications on your behalf and in your name, using your tailored resume, your cover letter and the answers you saved at the start. By choosing a plan, you authorize us to submit those applications for you.

3. Payment Terms

Apply Hunter plans are sold as a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Once purchased, your plan does not expire and you may pause and resume usage at any time.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and charged in full at checkout.
  • Application credits: Each plan includes a number of application credits: 250 with the Advantage Bundle, 500 with the Accelerator Bundle and 700 with the Vanguard Bundle. One credit is used each time we submit an application on your behalf, when the submission is confirmed. We submit up to 25 applications a day. Credits do not expire, and pausing your plan pauses their use.
  • 14-day full refund: If you are not satisfied with your plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No reason is required. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, and we will return the full amount to your original payment method. Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.

4. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from ApplyHunter.com, you agree to the following terms:

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month related to job alerts, application updates, and account notifications.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].
  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ApplyHunter.com.
  • Privacy: Your phone number and SMS consent information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your opt-in consent or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Service availability may vary by carrier. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By using ApplyHunter.com, you warrant that you are legally able to form binding contracts under applicable law.

  • You will not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

8. Job Listings

We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or availability of any job listings posted on the site. Employers are solely responsible for the content of their postings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

ApplyHunter.com is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site or your inability to use the site. We do not guarantee job placement or success in finding employment.

11. Governing Law and Regulatory Compliance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our SMS/text messaging services comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable consumer protection laws.
