Frequently Asked Questions

How it works, what you pay, and what happens to your data.

You pick the jobs. We apply to them for you.

  1. Choose a plan. It sets how many applications we send for you.
  2. Pick the jobs you want and click Delegate. Our listings come straight from employers, fresh every hour. No scams, no duplicates, no ghost jobs.
  3. We tailor your documents. We rewrite your resume and cover letter for each job, in a format employers’ application systems can read.
  4. We apply for you. Your account lead and our assistant team submit each application in your name, up to 25 a day, until your plan’s total is used.

All you do is show up to the interviews.

Every plan comes with your own account lead, plus our assistant team. They apply on your behalf, using your tailored resume, your cover letter and the answers you saved once at the start.

Most recruiters work for employers. Yours works only for you.

It depends on your plan:

  • Advantage: up to 250 applications
  • Accelerator: up to 500 applications
  • Vanguard: up to 700 applications

On every plan we submit up to 25 applications a day.

Only the number of applications. Advantage is $299, Accelerator is $499 and Vanguard is $799, each a one-time payment.

Every plan includes your account lead and assistant team, curated jobs, unlimited AI resumes and cover letters, unlimited AI job matching, and autofill on every application. Compare the plans.

No. Every plan is a one-time payment, charged in full at checkout in U.S. dollars. There are no recurring fees and nothing to cancel.

Your plan never expires. You can pause and resume it anytime from Account & Billing in your account. No phone call is needed.

Every listing comes straight from the employer, fresh every hour. No scams, no duplicates, and no ghost jobs, which are postings for roles that aren’t really open.

Yes. AI tailors your resume and cover letter to each role, with the right keywords, and formats them to be ATS-ready. ATS is the software many employers use to screen applications before a person reads them.

Read them over: you know your own history best. If anything is not accurate, tell your account lead or email support so it gets corrected.

No. Nobody can honestly promise you interviews or an offer, because the hiring decision is the employer's. What we do is the work that gets you in front of them: verified jobs, a tailored resume and cover letter for each one, and applications submitted for you, up to your plan's total.

Watch this first. You’ll set your password, fill in your profile and see how to pick jobs, follow your applications and message your team. Your assistant uses your profile on every application, and nothing is sent until you choose the jobs.

One page at a time

Click Dashboard at the top of the screen. It shows:

  • Credits: how many applications you have left.
  • Delegated: jobs waiting for your assistant or in progress.
  • Needs your input: your assistant has a question for you.
  • Applied: applications that have been sent.
  • Saved: jobs you marked with the heart.

New interview invites from employers show up on the Dashboard too. Scroll down to see your team, and click Message your team to write to them. Recent shows your latest applications.

  1. Click Jobs at the top of the screen.
  2. Type the kind of job you want. For jobs near you, type a city, or “remote”, in the location box.
  3. Click Search, then click a job in the list to read about it.
  4. Click Delegate to ask your assistant to apply for you.
  5. Add a note for your assistant if you want to, then click Delegate again to confirm.

The job now says Delegated, and your assistant takes it from there. Each application uses 1 credit, and only once it’s sent.

  1. Click Applications at the top of the screen. The label on the right of each one says where it is.
  2. Click Applied to see the ones already sent. Click one to open it: your assistant adds proof that it was sent, and the Timeline shows every step so far.
  3. Click Needs your input to see questions from your assistant. Open one, type your answer in the box, and click Send answer.

Employers email your application address, and those emails land in your Email Inbox.

  1. Click Email Inbox at the top of the screen.
  2. Click a tab, such as Interviews, or type a company name in the search box.
  3. Click an email to open it. To answer, click Reply and your own email program opens.

A dot means you haven’t read an email yet. Interview invites also go to your own email.

Your lead is your one point of contact.

  1. Click Team Chat at the top of the screen.
  2. If your message is about one application, choose it from the About an application list. This step is optional.
  3. Type your message and click Send message.

To upload a new resume

  1. Click Profile at the top of the screen, then Resume on the left.
  2. Click the upload box and pick the file on your computer. It uploads by itself.
  3. Click Make active, so your assistant sends the new one.

To change your details, such as your phone number

  1. Click Profile at the top of the screen, then Your details on the left.
  2. Fix anything that’s out of date.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save details.

One credit pays for one application sent for you.

  1. Click Billing at the top of the screen. The big number shows how many credits you have left.
  2. Scroll down to Top up and pick a size. Bigger packs cost less per application.
  3. Click Buy, then pay on the secure payment page.

After you pay, your new credits show up on the Billing page.
